HOW DO I GAIN ENTRY TO JMFF?

Simply present your e-ticket to our friendly staff either on your phone or bring a printed copy. This will have been emailed to you after purchase.

All tickets including children's tickets (Melbourne Only) are General Admission. The gates open at 11am – with no re-entry.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK INTO THE FESTIVAL?

Sadly we cannot allow General Admission festival goers to bring their own food, or drinks other than bottled water, into the festival. If the food is a dietary requirement, please flag this to our gate staff and they should be able to make an exception under such circumstances. We do provide a free drinking water station at the festival.

DO YOU HAVE DISABLED ACCESS?

Both Seaworks and The Greenwood Hotel can be accessed by wheelchair via the Main entrance. We have disabled access toilets and facilities on site. A limited number of disabled parking spots can be arranged prior to the festival. Please reach out to discuss your specific needs in advance: here

CAN I BRING MY KIDS?

Yes, to the Melbourne festival which welcomes people of all ages. That said, we are a music event and therefore make use of amplified noise. Children of all ages are welcomed but where there is loud music we ask that you protect your child hearing by using baby buds or similar devices. Children under 12 are free but still require a ticket. Tickets for children 12 - 16 are available. Our Sydney festival is adults only (18+)

CAN I PERFORM OR HAVE A STALL AT THE FESTIVAL?

While we love to hear from talented artists, our programming decisions are made far in advance of the festival and after a formal call out for submissions. If you feel we MUST hear your music then feel free to get in touch

We welcome new traders of all kinds to the festival. Please fill out the stallholder application form here

CAN I DRIVE TO THE FESTIVAL?

Yes, but parking nearby the venues is limited. We recommend you come early to secure a spot or make use of excellent public transport links in the area.

DO I NEED A CONCESSION CARD?

All persons with a concession card can purchase a concession ticket. Concession cards must presented upon request at the gate.
